The hotel's decor had a lovely traditional touch, with elegant furnishings and beautiful wallpaper. The common areas were well-maintained and cozy, making it a perfect place for senior people to relax and socialize. The hotel also had convenient accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, which made it easy for us to move around without any trouble.
I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the staff. Although they were polite, there were moments when I felt they could have been more attentive to the needs of the senior guests.

Impeccable facilities" - The hotel's beautiful wooden floors and cozy lounge area were absolutely delightful. I had a super pleasant time lounging there, feeling like I was in my own little paradise.
No butter and jam - It would have been nice to have some butter and jam with the croissants during the manager's reception.

It was also conveniently close to the Christmas Market, allowing us to fully indulge in the festive spirit. it was a great choice for travelers coming from Heathrow airport, as it was easily accessible and conveniently located close to everything we needed. the rooms were clean and spacious, with each one uniquely decorated in different themes. the bathroom was fresh and clean, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing experience. the service provided by the lovely couple who owned the hotel was exceptional, as they warmly welcomed us and were always available to provide advice and assistance. the breakfast, although a continental one, was delivered to our room and included delicious pastries, fruit, and drinks, ensuring a delightful start to our day. the hotel offered a pleasant stay with its friendly service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.
The free parking for residents may not always guarantee a spot, especially during busy periods such as the Christmas Market. We experienced difficulty finding a parking space upon returning to the hotel, having to drive around and search for an available spot.

Liked the breakfast and location. Breakfast was nicely cooked and there were good selections. The location was great, it was situated near a beautiful cathedral and there were many good restaurants and cafes nearby.
Disliked the small room and parking. The rooms were too small and cramped, not enough space for luggage and personal belongings.
